I’m Hillary Peabody, an executive healthcare leader with more than 15 years of experience across payer, Medicaid, and federal healthcare operations.
My career has taken me into some of the nation’s most complex healthcare environments, including serving as Acting Assistant Under Secretary for Health for Integrated Veteran Care at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and as a Managing Director at Evolent Health.
Today, through Tiger Lily Strategies, I work directly with healthcare organizations to bring clarity to complex challenges, strengthen operations, and turn strategy into practical action.
